POP-UP CLASS!

This barre class focuses on the upper body and core, combining ballet-inspired movements with strength training exercises to tone and sculpt the muscles. This session emphasizes the arms, shoulders, chest, and abdominal muscles. Participants engage in a series of high-repetition, low-impact exercises using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. The class includes precise, controlled movements and isometric holds to build strength and endurance.
