If you are just beginning (or re-beginning) your journey into Yoga, this workshop is for you! Jen Mast and Jenny Meshna will guide you in building your Yoga practice from the ground up. Each posture will be taught in a way that allows the student to develop a strong, healthy, safe and mindful Yoga practice. You will gain confidence in heading to yoga classes on our weekly schedule!
This workshop that has been thoughtfully crafted to:
Introduce and explore the basic postures of Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Teach you fundamental principles of proper alignment
Teach you to effectively use breath to enhance your practice
Familiarize you with Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga
Explain the basics of how yoga works
Guide you in developing a safe Yoga practice
Invite flexibility
Build your strength
Improve your posture
Build your confidence
