Alfie Parker Jr. is a professional Broadway dancer. He was the understudy for The Genie in ALADDIN on Broadway, danced in the ensemble for that show as well as CHICAGO, and SOUTH PACIFIC. National Tours include MEMPHIS, MISS SAIGON and EVITA. Alfie is also a dancer with Pilobolus Dance Theatre and received training with Alvin Ailey American Dance Company, and Point Park University. Alfie holds a degree in Integrative Arts from Penn State University and is one of Fran Weber's oldest friends from her theatre days in high school! He will be dancing this fall in North Shore Music Theatre's production of SUNSET BOULEVARD. This workshop is the perfect combination of fun, theatre performance, and dance technique. Class will include a full warm-up and technical exercises that lead nicely into across the floor work, ending in a fun combination from a Broadway show. No matter what level dancer you are, you will feel inspired and challenged and leave feeling more confident as a dancer and performer!
