True West Brewery and SWELL yoga are happy to present Yoga and Brews!  Head to True West for a Saturday morning flow appropriate for all levels even beginners. Following class you will be treated to a flight of beers of your choice brewed in house included in the ticket price. 

Since you've worked up an appetite why not stay for lunch after (not included in ticket). Bring a friend or make a friend, do yoga, and drink beer!
