$25 for 2 Family Members / $10 for each additional family member

Come explore yoga together! In this class you’ll have fun with movement and play to become more aware of your body and breath.  Together, you will learn partner poses and breathing techniques that will foster relaxation, strength and flexibility of both body and mind.  Come join us for a unique opportunity to promote family wellness and deepen the bond between you and your family members. All abilities and levels of experience welcome.
