Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to pregnant women and new mothers. This session will combine Iyengar Style postures with breathwork for the health and happiness of both mother and baby. Yoga helps women to improve their strength and flexibility before and after childbirth. Practicing with your infant / child keeps Mom fit and creates a lasting bond.
