This workshop will discuss an Integrative Health Model that will support you in noticing how our thoughts and behaviors affect everything in our lives. Once we see the connection in everything we can begin to see that making any small positive change will support our overall well being. This two and half hour workshop will begin discussion on integrative health, the stages of change we all go through and provide some assistance in helping to make those intentions that are set come into fruition! You will receive information on nutrition, herbs and coping skills for change along with one hour of a yoga sequence to bring our intentions into our body and spirit.
